We confidentially destroy the entire contents of files (ring binders, box files, boxes etc) in one go. Our clients do not have to sort through files or separate data, our security shredding services simply destroy and recycle everything.

All collection bins are locked. The office manager will be supplied with a key to open the bins. There are slots on the top of the bin to ‘post’ documents that require shredding. If you wish to confidentially destroy the entire contents of an Arch File or Box, simply unlock the bin and drop the whole file into the bin.

Data Protection Act

The Data Protection Act demands (as does the protection of your business) that, when confidential documents are destroyed, your data destruction practices must be secure.
